Explore using alcohol inks on a State of Iowa Shaped Metal piece. Alcohol inks are alcohol-based inks best used on nonporous surfaces. These include glass, metal and plastics. They create beautiful, colorful textures which change with each new applied layer. This class will explore using alcohol inks to create colorful textures on metal. There will be a variety of shapes including the State of Iowa. Each participant will receive up to 3 metal surfaces to create, along with the attachments in which to hang your works.
