Alcohol inks create beautiful, vibrant textures on non-porous surfaces. Each layer of ink transforms the previous as colors blend together. Come join the fun at the Ellsworth Extravaganza. A parade, eats and fun games for the kiddos will be some of the attractions. Don't miss out on the event which is only held on even years! New this year is a softball tournament. It will start the day before, run the day of and continue into the next day.

Free family fun at the Ellsworth Extravaganza in Ellsworth, Iowa. It all starts at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 25th and goes until the last firework fades. Children's Activities include games and contests. Good eats for supper include Turkey! The parade starts at 6:00 pm and Free Popcorn will be had during the concert. Catch Atlatl fever by coming to learn how to throw a long dart at a deer target with an atlatl. The atlatl predated the bow and arrow and is still popular for recreation and hunting. This program is for all ages of people who are curious about the trying an ancient primitive hunting weapon.
