Come and help clean up the garbage out of our Boone River. We will clean up 4.6 miles of the river from Riverside Park to the Briggs Woods Park. The dedication of the Kent Harfst Remembrance Monument will be held on October 16th at the Brewer Creek Park. Kent was a hard working, kind, selfless and giving person. He was the director of the Recreation and Public Grounds for Webster City, Iowa. For over 30 years he was instrumental in bringing many wonderful changes and improvements to Webster City.
