The dedication of the Kent Harfst Remembrance Monument will be held on October 16th at the Brewer Creek Park. Kent was a hard working, kind, selfless and giving person. He was the director of the Recreation and Public Grounds for Webster City, Iowa. For over 30 years he was instrumental in bringing many wonderful changes and improvements to Webster City.
