Want to know where to start?  It all starts with making a “quilt top”.  Typically, you take fabric and cut it up and then sew it back together!

In this class, you will learn the basic steps to making your first quilt top.  Ideally, you know how to make your sewing machine go, but that is the only requirement.  You will learn the Must Have tools, the Must Know rules, and perhaps find a new outlet for your creativity.  You will learn how to use a rotary cutter, and tips on borders, batting, and binding.  There will also be a bit of quilt math.

If you have a rotary cutter and a cutting mat, bring those; but there will be a limited supply of those to use at the class.

Bring your sewing machine, and bobbin and spool of thread, and if time allows, fabric will be provided to make a Crazy Quilt table topper.
